Expanded functionality

Web Viewer provides access to information from multiple TopView engines. It has all the main features of Remote Viewer or Mobile Web App (view alarms, values, & history) with expanded access to:

  • Comment, Acknowledge, Shelve, and Disable alarms
  • User accounts and adjustable permissions
  • Browser-based notifications for alarms, acknowledgements, and RTNs
  • …and much more

Backed by modern web application technology from Microsoft, the Web Viewer has significantly improved security over the Mobile Web App:

  • HTTPS is easier to configure
  • Supports HSTS
  • AD directory linking for user accounts, OR
  • User accounts with 2 Factor
  • Automatic lock out for repeated failed sign-ins

Licensing and Pricing

Similar to Remote Viewer, Web Viewer allows a licensed number of concurrent users to access the application.

The base TopView package licenses 1 user to access the application at a time.
