Configuration and user data is stored on customer-controlled systems only

TopView is a client application intended for installation on computers controlled by the customer and not on systems controlled by Exele Information Systems, Inc.

Therefore, the customer is in complete control of any data used by TopView.

Data transferred through Google API Services

Customers can choose to use Google API services to send alarm notifications via email and check for incoming email acknowledging alarms.

TopView’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

TopView does not use or store Google user data.

Who we share your data with

Customers may choose to share TopView configuration, or other, data from their systems in order to facilitate software support.

We do not share your data with other companies, except when fulfilling support requests that involve products from partner companies into TopView.

How long we retain your data

We retain data shared with us at a user’s discretion for support indefinitely. Users may request that their data be deleted.

What rights you have over your data

Customers can request that we erase any personal data we hold from support requests. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
