TopView and SCADA Specialist
We’re looking for talented, technical people to join our TopView Alarm and Notification Software team. Ideal candidates are those who desire a multi-faceted job that applies your technical and personal skills across the entire product and needs of our partners and customers.
Desired qualifications and experience
- Knowledge of industrial data collection systems
- Experience with TopView or other alarm notification software products
- Understanding and configuration experience with one or more SCADA Systems from data collection to HMI
- Strong verbal skills with the ability to discuss our product with both technical and non-technical people
Depending on your experience and desires, responsibilities may include
- Collaboration with TopView team members on current concerns and future product direction
- Managing relationships with 3rd party integrators and distributors including attending industrial software shows and conferences
- Configuration of in-house SCADA and data collection systems for product testing
- Providing TopView product support to end customers
- Creating TopView test environments and executing product testing
- Investigation of new technologies being considered for integration into TopView

Environmental Software Application Engineer
Desired qualifications and experience
- Comfortable with customer interactions and can translate a combination of customer-stated and customer-implied needs into a coherent software development plan.
- Enjoys creating and nurturing products that exceed customers’ expectations.
- Must have the ability to explain complex concepts to others
- Experience with time-series data storage and analysis of time-series data
- Ability to interact with customers
- Takes the initiative to solve problems and continually updates own skillset
- At least one year’s experience with the Microsoft .NET technologies
- At least two years’ experience working with industrial software packages such as OSIsoft PI
Depending on your experience and desires, responsibilities may include
- Support EXELE’s environmental reporting software
- Managing the reporting engine code base
- Modifying, building, and deploying applications
- Being familiar with compliance rules such as RECLAIM, GHG, and Part 60
- Supporting TopView and PI Notifications alarming configurations
- Providing first level support for OSIsoft PI and Asset Framework
- Serving as the primary point of contact for one or more customers
- Developing a transition plan and transitioning customer to new software packages as compliance rules change and new software is available

Staff Project Engineer
We are looking for a Staff Project Engineer to help support our environmental and growing PI consulting practice. The ideal candidate can act as a project manager and general manager for small and mid-sized teams by applying project management best practices and assigning resources based on changing project and support needs.
Desired qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field of study
- At least one year of experience with OSIsoft PI (installation, PI Vision, PI AF, upgrades/migration)
- At least four years of experience leading small teams
- Ability to learn and stay current with latest industry trends
- Ability to manage relations with customers
- Ability to translate customer stories and functional requirements into actionable plans
- An excellent problem solver that can manage a wide array of personalities
- Familiarity with Air Quality rules (RECLAIM, Part 60, GHG, RSR) and other air regulations
- Experience managing software development teams and data integration projects
Depending on your experience and desires, responsibilities may include
- Development of high-level schedules and detailed schedules to help ensure on-time delivery
- Acting as the face of Exele for all project needs
- Ensuring costs are within the budget
- Communicating with customers for project related issue and responsible for updates
- Defining the scope of a project and identifying key resources
- Setting project cadence and internal meeting schedule
- Running internal and external project related meetings

Senior OSIsoft/AVEVA PI Infrastructure Specialist
We are looking for senior OSIsoft PI Infrastructure Specialists to help our growing PI consulting practice and meet existing customer demands.
The ideal candidate is an experienced PI professional passionate about helping customers solve real problems and working with customers by using best practices and providing superior service.
Desired qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field of study
- At least five years of experience installing PI Data Archives and PI System Components
- At least five years of experience with PI Vision and PI AF
- At least five years of experience working with high availability of PI, including: NLBs, SQL Always-On and interface failover
- At least five years of experience documenting a PI System and developing upgrade/migration procedures
- Experience with interfaces such as PI OPC, PItoPI, DNP3 as well as experience with PI System Connectors and Adapters
- Experience performing PI System audits of existing PI System Infrastructure
- Ability to design and implement AF hierarchies, AF and EF templates, and adhere to AF Analytics best practices
- Experience advising on PI Systems network topologies and familiarity with security best practices
- Ability to work independently or in a team setting
- At least one year’s experience writing code or scripting
- Ability to manage relations with customers
- An excellent problem solver that can manage a wide array of personalities
