Remote Access

TopView offers multiple options for remotely accessing TopView and acknowledging alarms:

  • Remote Access: Remote Viewer (Desktop and Windows Mobile)

  • Remote Access: Remote Dial-in (voice menu) from any phone

  • Remote Acknowledgement of alarms through dial-in phone (voice menu) or through the  Remote Viewer

  • Two-way email and SMS/text communication to query current state and request reports (current values and alarms)
     

Remote Viewer
The Remote Viewer is TopView's client application for Windows PCs and Mobile devices. It provides remote access to current alarms and alarm history. See the Remote Viewer page for more details.
